My client, an Animal Care Excellence Hospital is seeking a dynamic Practice/HR Manager with a passion for both veterinary care and human resources. Join our dedicated team in ensuring optimal patient care while fostering a positive work environment for our staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with veterinary professionals to address practice-specific needs and challenges.
- Handle HR duties including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored for veterinary staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to both veterinary care and employment.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture that prioritizes both animal care and employee well-being.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a veterinary setting (clinical or administrative) is a must.
- Proven experience in a managerial or HR role (preferable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace.
- A deep understanding of the challenges and needs specific to a veterinary practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Veterinary Science or related field is a plus.
