Calling All Contact Center Agents:
We are seeking dedicated contact center agents for a night shift role in a US campaign that deals with deliveries.
Requirements:
- Experience in an international campaign (essential).
- Experience in a delivery campaign (advantageous).
- Customer-centric approach.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in Sales.
- 6-12 months of contact center experience or high-end retail experience.
- International BPO experience is advantageous.
Job Description:
- Manage time efficiently while maintaining quality objectives.

- Resolve issues on the first contact when possible and escalate assertively when necessary.
