Looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and build the capability for digitisation in the company. The role involves comprehensive project oversight including the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of project. The Senior IT Project Manager Digitization ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards while adhering to regulatory and compliance frameworks specific to the financial sector. Qualifications A bachelorâ€s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required. A masterâ€s degree in a similar discipline or in Project Management is highly advantageous. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance ITIL 4 Managing Professional from AXELOS Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – beneficial for projects involving significant security components   Analyse and review detailed project plan ensuring that specific tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required are clearly identified and outlined. Manage the project budget, including estimating costs, setting budget controls, and making necessary adjustments to meet financial objectives. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation, adjusting schedules and priorities as needed. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all projects are delivered compliantly and adhere to all internal policies and regulatory requirements In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including familiarity with industry standards, regulations (such as SOX, Dodd-Frank, GDPR), and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex information to a variety of stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and resolve conflicts among project participants. Proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and Asana. Advanced analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on tracking metrics and KPIs to assess project performance. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide diverse and cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent risk management capabilities, with a focus on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential threats to the project timeline and deliverables. Waterfall: Proficient in using this structured sequential approach, particularly suitable for projects with well-defined requirements and regulatory oversight. Agile: Skilled in Agile methodologies, facilitating rapid iteration and flexibility in project management, essential for projects requiring frequent adaptation to changing conditions. Hybrid: Experienced in integrating both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, leveraging the strengths of both approaches to meet complex project demands.
