As we expand our operations in South Africa, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company''''s services and products in the South African market. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers, market trends, and competitor activities. 3. Create and implement marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, print, events) to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition. 4. Manage and optimize the company''''s online presence, including website content, SEO, and online advertising. 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Product teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging. 6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities through regular reporting and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends, proposing innovative strategies to enhance the company''''s competitive advantage. Requirements: 1. Bachelor''''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 2. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager in the financial or trading industry, preferably in South Africa. 3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. 4. Solid understanding of the financial markets and trading products, particularly foreign exchange and CFDs. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. 7. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams. 8.
