We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee, vibrant flavors, and memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, activation's, and campaigns. Oversee logistics, material preparation, and stakeholder communication. Conduct post-event reviews and manage campaign-related admin tasks. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints within 24 hours. Handle supplier quotes, payments, and client follow-ups. Requirements: Matric and NQF Level 6 in Marketing/Customer Relations. 2-3 years in a similar role (events/conferencing experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and design tools. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends. Competencies: Detail-oriented, self-starter, proactive, and team player. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Error!
