Lead Excellence in Service Delivery as Our Manager! Take charge of ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. As a Service Delivery Manager , you will oversee operations, manage resources, and maintain high-quality standards. Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management (conduct services reviews to discuss performance, address issues and escalations, etc.) Continuous improvement - Experience in optimizing service delivery processes and managing innovative initiatives Strong ability to lead and manage a team Financial and Contract Management Risk Management and Compliance Your expertise: At least 8-10 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or a similar role, with leadership experience.
