Hiring: Accounts and Billings Administrator (Rosebank)
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure. Strong expertise in accounts management, invoicing, and advanced Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the time and job database system.
Prepare job costings and quotations accurately.
Manage monthly invoicing and reconciliations.
Handle client contract administration and correspondence.
Process debtors and prepare invoices and statements.
Oversee collections and conduct billing analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts administration.
Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
High proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in a project and job costing environment is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Valid driver’s license.
Tertiary qualification in accounting or a related field is preferred.
