The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B context. Marketing Ethos Marketing efforts are based on strategy, research, deliberate segmentation & targeting, constant refinement, and no hard sales. This means that the marketing department requires an individual who is a critical thinker with technical empathy and is techno-savvy, as company uses numerous marketing platforms and software tools. Job Description As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans. The role will include, but is not limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria. Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets. Drive go-to-market efforts of tailored products. Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns. Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness. Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively. Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly. Coordinate and attend events, including programs and third-party hosted gatherings. Manage internal communications. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Content writing skills. Experience with Google Analytics, CRM software systems, and WordPress themes. Proficiency or ability and willingness to learn various marketing platforms and software tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
