By 2022, our participants had raised a remarkable 473 million euros for these causes.

What will you do as a Call Center Employee for the National Postcode Lottery?
During your paid training, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the prize packages, the charities we support, and all the exciting things that make our lottery special. Your job will be to communicate these benefits to the Netherlands. Whether you're reaching out to new leads or speaking with current participants, you’ll make sure they know exactly why they should play.

In short:
You’ll be making people happy all day long, introducing them to the lottery and its amazing prizes. And even if they don’t win big, the charities we support always do.
