Position Summary As a Digital Marketing Specialist at The Client, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth in the Southern African market. You will leverage your expertise in digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to reach and engage with our target audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and brand strategy. Manage and optimize company's website and social media profiles for the South African market. Create engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers. Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools and trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing in the geospatial industry. Conduct market research, understand the campaign target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities. Measure and analyze campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools. Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement). Track and analyze primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly. Make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve with new technologies and digital marketing trends. Education, Experience, Training and Special Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or geospatial sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions. Creative thinker with a customer-focused approach to marketing. Quick thinking, innovative, and a self-starter attitude.
