Dutch Team Leader
Are you an experienced Team Leader in Dutch Sales ready for your next challenge?
We are looking for a driven Dutch Team Leader to strengthen our Dutch-speaking team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of customer service agents, ensuring operational goals are met, maintaining high-quality service, and fostering continuous team development.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this position.
What will you do?
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve set targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, analyse KPIs, and implement improvement actions where needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment.
- Identify training needs and support the professional growth of your team members.
- Handle escalations professionally and work towards effective solutions.
