Job Summary
Minimum Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSc or BTech) or an equivalent diploma . Alternatively, an artisan with trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields . 5 to 10 years of facilities management experience in retail or commercial sectors OR engineering maintenance/project experience in a factory setting . Hands-on experience in managing electrical and mechanical infrastructure , including transformers, switchgear, generators, HVAC systems, lifts, escalators, and fire compliance . Knowledge of health and safety regulations and project management principles . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Valid drivers license . Key Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee facility operations. Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions . Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address maintenance and operational challenges. Financial acumen to control budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines .
