Main job function Key Responsibilities : Personal Assistant Duties: Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access. Marketing Support : Conduct thorough user research to gather insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and trends. Develop detailed user personas and journey maps based on research findings. Assist in creating and refining campaign briefs that align with user insights and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns are user-centric and data-driven. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. Organize events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and attendee management. Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed. Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Experience conducting user research and developing marketing insights is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft O\ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and tools. Criteria Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
