We’re seeking a organized, detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Human Resources. You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of interpersonal relations.

If you are skilled in assisting with relations management between management and employees. Improving the overall wellbeing of staff by initiating, implementing and administrating employee-centred projects and ensuring compliance with labour law while maintaining clear, effective communication, we’d love to have you join our team. Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our HR team.?

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organizational or Industrial Psychology,
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experience advantageous)
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Familiar with all legislature and amendments with regards to Human Resources (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA)
• Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
