- Matric Certificate
- Relevant Human Resources diploma or degree.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years’ working experience as HR generalist in a medium to large organisation
- Minimum five (5) years of Super-User experience: implementation, configuration, integration management, user support
- Minimum five (5) years of Human Resource system experience
- System Support experience advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of SQL language advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of system testing methodology
- Training facilitation experience.
Duties
- Lead HRIS Implementation: Oversee all stages of the HRIS project life-cycle, from initial planning and vendor selection to system configuration, testing, and go-live. Ensure that the project aligns with business goals, adheres to time-lines, and stays within budget
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to align the project with business objectives. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, HR departments, and senior management to achieve successful outcomes
- Process Evaluation & Optimisation: Leverage expertise in HR processes to assist in evaluating, designing, and refining work-flows. Work with HR teams to improve operations and drive efficiency using the new system
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks throughout the project's duration. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues as needed to keep the project on track
- Change Management: Assist HR teams and end-users in training, adoption, and change management for a smooth transition to the new HRIS. Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to support the implementation
- Quality Assurance: Verify that the HRIS solution meets both functional and technical specifications through comprehensive testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
- System Maintenance: Ensuring data accuracy, and managing HR data to uphold integrity and security, contributing significantly to efficient Human Resources transactional processes. Ensures the system is accessible, user-friendly, reliable and consistent; General:

- Participates in industry user groups and forum.
