Job Summary
Overview:
The HR Learner will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various administrative and operational HR functions. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to the various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
- Support in organizing HR-related events and activities.
- Assist in handling basic employee inquiries.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Support in maintaining positive employee relations.
- Participate in HR training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented
