Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with proven skills in employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation. As the HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and foster a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs and succession strategies.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and provide solutions.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.
- Performance Management:
- Manage the performance review process and help identify employee development needs.
- Implement training programs to enhance skills and drive career growth.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
- HR Data and Reporting:
- Maintain HR records and generate reports on key metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
