Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within recruitment or similar service-driven industries.
- Proven success in transforming teams, driving business growth, and delivering strategic impact.
- Strong experience in strategic brand positioning, demonstrated through tangible achievements.
- Deep understanding of financial management, sales leadership, and operational optimization.
- Experience in the BPO sector is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Craft and drive the strategic vision, aligning it with the organization's mission and growth aspirations.
- Identify market opportunities and lead innovative approaches to capture and expand market share.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, translating strategy into practical, impactful initiatives.
- Position the brand as a leader in the recruitment industry, leveraging market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial and Commercial Acumen:
- Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Balance growth and cost management, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Use financial and operational insights to make strategic decisions that elevate business performance.
- Lead initiatives to explore new revenue streams and enhance financial sustainability.
Sales Leadership and Business Development:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve growth, exceed revenue targets, and capture new markets.
- Develop forward-thinking sales strategies that respond to market demands and client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor at executive levels.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify and secure significant business opportunities.
People and Culture Leadership:
- Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration, empowering teams to reach their full potential.
- Develop and retain top talent, ensuring effective succession planning for critical roles.
- Foster an environment of inclusivity, innovation, and shared purpose.
- Act as a mentor and guide, inspiring future leaders and promoting continuous development.
Operational Excellence:
- Design and implement operational frameworks that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Continuously assess and optimize business processes to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, industry best practices, and legal compliance.
Brand Positioning and Market Presence:
- Strategically position the brand for market leadership, amplifying visibility and reputation in the recruitment sector.
- Collaborate with marketing to expand client and talent networks, leveraging digital platforms and industry events.
- Use market analysis and competitor insights to adapt and enhance the brand strategy.
Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
