- Manage all aspects of hospital operations in collaboration with the hospital nurse.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Implement and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Client Relations and Customer Service:
- Oversee client relations to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Uphold quality standards in patient care, and treatment protocols.
- Implement quality assurance measures and performance metrics to evaluate and improve hospital services.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Animal Health or a Senior Certificate with Maths and Science as subjects.
- Prior experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
