Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand the client base.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
