Position: Injection Moulding Machine SetterHire Resolves client is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Setter to join their manufacturing team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating injection moulding machines to produce high quality plastic products.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance as needed
- Work closely with production team to ensure production goals are met
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Setter
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working with a variety of plastic materials and mould types
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting
