Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Communicating product updates and other relevant information to customers.
- Managing and updating customer FTP sites as required.
- Relaying customer feedback to internal teams and ensuring it is actioned appropriately.
- Preparing and distributing documentation, including NCRs, NPIs, and ECOs, to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating customer sample requests and tracking follow-ups.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keeping sales forecast systems accurate and up to date.
- Providing the sales team with data and insights on products and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Organizing team meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating customer visits.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant administrative or finance qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales administration role.
- Background in manufacturing or technical industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
- Self-motivated, with a focus on ownership and timely task completion.
