Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our client in Richards Bay. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations in the area, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the operations team in Richards Bay.
- Oversee the production processes and ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement measures for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall operations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to promote growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the Logistics industry.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or similar field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience with production processes and quality control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
