Are you an experienced legal professional seeking a new challenge in Real Estate and Conveyancing? This is your chance to join a leading, fast-growing legal firm, working with a dynamic and diverse team.
Key Requirements:
- LLB Law degree
- Admitted Attorney, Notary Public, and Conveyancer in South Africa
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Proficiency with legal software (LexisNexis, Search Works, Windeed, or similar)
- Proven experience running a commercial practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Real Estate & Conveyancing team
- Oversee and administer transactions, ensuring efficiency
- Develop operational strategies for the firm
- Manage relationships and contribute to business growth
- Conduct legal research and review Real Estate and conveyancing-related documentation
- Draft and prepare conveyancing documents
- Handle commercial financing and property transfer transactions
