- Min 3 – 5 years exp in Finance Department
- MS Office Essential
- Recording, overseeing and reconciling daily financial transactions,
- Updating general ledger and preparing trial balance for perusal by management.
- Maintain and file requisite documents for VAT compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and produce Financial Reports to assist Managers in taking strategic decisions.
- Accounts payable
- Supplier reconciliations.
- Vendor management
- General ledger – processing of general journals related to provision
- Sundry accruals
- VAT Journals
- Balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Month end processing
- Bank Cash transactions.
