Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and proactive Qlik Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and solutions for clients using QlikView and Qlik Sense. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure the smooth operation of Qlik applications. What youâ€ll do: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QlikView and Qlik Sense applications. Managed within our Ticketing system, and Timesheet system Respond to client queries and resolve issues related to dashboards, data loads, and performance. Participate in Qlik deployment and configuration projects. Assist with upgrades, patches, and maintenance for Qlik environments. Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations and processes. Monitor system performance, data refresh schedules, and handle Qlik server administration tasks. Stay updated on the latest Qlik technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions. Your expertise: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Qlik apps, including data errors, user access, and performance concerns. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate with various stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and QlikView support and administration. Solid understanding of Qlik architecture, including server configuration. Proven experience with Qlik data model optimization and dashboard performance tuning.
