Requirements
- Completed Grade 12
- Sales or marketing qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Fluent in English with at least two other African languages
- Computer literate
- Telephone ethics
- Handle enquiries
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations issues
- Manage teams and/or Sale Agents
- Motivating teams and setting team targets
- Create innovative solutions to increase sales
- Develop action plan
- Handle team issues, manage conflict and provide solutions
- Attend sales meeting
- Handle product issues and escalate to the Manager if required
- Address customer enquires
- Day-to-day reporting
- Make use of chambers, associations, LED’s etc.
- Reports to be compiled every last day of the week
- Deal with various business structures Day of the week.
- Monitor budget
