Responsibilities
- Coordinating with engineers and team members to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and to high standards.
- Conducting necessary research and establishing best practices for ongoing projects.
- Analyzing current systems and operations to devise preventative maintenance strategies.
- Identifying potential issues and promptly notifying relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the engineering team through all phases, including planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring processes, workers, and methods to develop plans that enhance efficiency.
- Performing quality control on all projects, compiling reports, and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A+
- N+
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity
- Good understanding of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network copiers, and NICs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Attention to detail with a methodical approach
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in using Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Fax machines
- Competence with Backup Systems
- Experience in deploying new equipment and updating infrastructure
- Reliable vehicle for customer visits
- Detail-oriented and task-focused
- Proactive and disciplined
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- May require overtime and standby support as scheduled
- Clear credit and criminal record required
