Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Person in the Networking sector to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the networking industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the networking field
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Understand client needs and propose tailored networking solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
- Achieve 100% of monthly / annual sales targets
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits to prospective customers including presentations
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the company
- Manage accurate forecast commitments and pipeline as well as develop new prospects

- Maintain and update iNForm daily with diary entries, prospect sheets, quotes, lost order sheet, sales activity sheets and keep a proper pipeline / Report accurately on sales activities on Inform
Requirements
- At least 5 Years’ experience Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV and VoIP infrastructure
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in networking products or services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to clients
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
