Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Junior IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide 1st Line telephonic and remote support via TeamViewer and similar applications. The ideal candidate will have CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, along with excellent communication skills in English. In this role, you will assist users by troubleshooting basic technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Line support for IT queries via phone and remote access tools like TEAMviewer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, software, and network issues remotely.
- Assist users in diagnosing basic network and connectivity problems.
- Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly.
- Document all support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide telephonic and remote support using tools like TeamViewer or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or remote support role
- Familiarity with remote access tools, Windows servers, and Active Directory is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
