Executive Coordinator – Rneg (Kenya) Nayrobi
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Regional Managing Director. The ideal candidate will provide strategic coordination and ensure smooth communication between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the team.
• Manage the MD’s schedule, including local and international travel arrangements.
• Process expense reports and provide administrative support for the office.
• Format and proofread documents, draft letters, compile management reports, and conduct research.
• Organize and maintain correspondence, ensuring timely responses and an efficient workflow.
• Assist with project status updates, budget tracking, invoicing, and debtor management.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
• Organize client workshops, conferences, and handle vendor management tasks.
• Provide general office management support and assist with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in executive support or office management roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
