Job Summary
One of our pathology clients are in need of experienced HR individuals to join their team in Pretoria on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement and termination packs
- Recruitment and selection
- Data capturing - payroll
- Grievances / disciplinaries
- Report writing
- Coordinate roadshows and training sessions
- Leave administration
- Orientation and induction
- Policies and procedures
Must have:
- Grade 12 completed
- Tertiary HR related qualification
- No less than 3 years' HR generalist experience
- Must have Labour relations / Industrial Relations experience
- Must have worked on HR systems - like ORACLE
- Knowledge of EE, labour legislation, performance management systems, payroll processes
- Excellent English communication - written and verbal
