What we are looking for: A Mid-level Art Director to deliver the world's most advanced luxury automotive creative campaigns.
What you will do:
- Conceptualise, develop and produce integrated marketing materials from TTL to digital assets
- Understanding of how to develop an integrated and multi-channel campaign within the automotive industry
- Stay informed of trends and competitor brands thus ensuring creative campaigns stay on the front line of exceptional campaign
- Ensure that digital designs align with and reinforce the overall brand identity and guidelines
- Collaborate with Client Services and Planning in the development of client strategies, analysing results and identifying opportunities
- Maintain creative brand guidelines
What you must have:
- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Art, or equivalent
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Art Direction within an advertising agency
- Automotive or global client experience
- Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with multiple different stakeholders and regulatory requirements
- Data-driven and obsessed with the measurable impact of a campaign
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to gracefully defend creative work to stakeholders
- Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude that sets an example for others
- Ability to take direction and a willingness to learn new things
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and lead as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
