Requirements

- Must have previous experience as a Key Account Manager
- Must have a junior management qualification
- Mus have 6 months of customer care experience

- Must have Negotiation skills
- Must be Computer literacy
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle customers externally and internally
- Negotiate prices
- Handle specific account enquiries
- Manage customer relationships
- Handle pricing and enquiries
- Handle default products or any product enquires
- Check product defaults
- Report writing
- Represent the company in sales meetings
- Setting sales target
- Better deal negotiations
- Link between admin and clients
- Research on prices
- Experience dates / life span
- Competition awareness on prices
