Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will also be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive, friendly attitude.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
Manage the company’s general email inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate forwarding.
Maintain office supplies and equipment; manage inventory and place orders as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records.
Support the team with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate and manage office-related projects as assigned by management.
