Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Rivergate Park Cape Town
Our engineering client in Rivergate Park / Killarney Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator – All-rounder with 5-8 years’ experience. Full Payroll experience on SAGE payroll required. Generally strong in Administration overall. Bookkeeping is on Pastel Partner.

Matric
Financial Bookkeeping certificate an added bonus
SAGE Payroll and Pastel Partner experience essential
Debtors and Creditors experience essential
Experience with Processing and Payment of statutory funds (SARS)
General HR administration experience
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping up to trial balance (Sage & Pastel Accounting)
Full Sage payroll for 25 staff
Full statutory retunes and submissions
Debtors and Creditors (Incl SLA and Project invoicing)
Month end payment to Suppliers
Creating reports for Accounts payable and receivable
Full Payroll function (Sage Pastel Payroll)
Annual and Bi-Annual IRP5 returns
U-Filing & E-Filing
Service Co-Ordinator
Assist Service and Project Department
Scheduling of monthly SLA services, and arranging access (complete H&S)
Support and creating quotes / orders for Customers
Processing Purchase orders, receive and dispatch stock
Maintain office.
Arrange repairs/ maintenance on building
General admin duties and document control.
Maintain office supplies
