Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in a hybrid capacity, with a requirement to work at least two days in the office. This role focuses on providing advanced, comprehensive technical support, particularly with strong API troubleshooting expertise, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position offers a salary of R33,000 per month, with working hours from 9am to 6pm.
Job Summary:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will handle both L1 and L2 responsibilities, with a primary focus on troubleshooting complex API queries and delivering advanced technical support. Your goal will be to ensure smooth operations for the client's customers by diagnosing and solving technical problems, collaborating with engineering teams, and enhancing the product. This hybrid role requires at least two days a week in the Cape Town office, while the remaining days can be remote.
