We are currently looking for a senior engineer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.
DUTIES:
- You must be a self-starter and be able to build and maintain large and intricate systems.
- You will need to solve complex problems keeping performance and scaling in mind.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- 4 years+ experience in a lead developer role.
- Should be able to work in a variety of technologies, both front-end, backend and easily pick up new technologies and languages.
- Must be familiar with the LEMP Stack.
- Should also be familiar with PHP and related technologies.
- Should be comfortable to research and present new ideas to the company.
- Should understand software architecture.
Advantageous Skills:
- Native Android (Java)
- React-Native
If successful, the company would be willing to offer the candidate a relocation budget.
