Take full responsibility of the day to day and long term ongoing management of the store(s), while maximising short term and long term sales and store profitability
Job Duties (includes but not limited to):
- Manage store staff and take full responsibility of the store operations, including stock procurement, process management, sales and profit maximisation
- Ensure stock control and sales and procurement processes are followed to minimise stock losses and ensure compliance with regulations
- Generate external (via online adverts, social media, telephone, email) and internal (via walk in customers) sales leads and convert them to sales
- Create, follow up and attempt to convert all sales leads into sales
- Responsible for instore cash control and reconciliations
- Responsible for staff shifts and ensuring store is adequately resourced at all time
- Manage workshop and technician workflow, customer communication and workshop profit maximisation
- Building and suggesting solutions that meet the needs of each potential customer.
- Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical and customer communication problems.
- Ensures store staff provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades and manages the customer experience
- Ensure store has adequate stock levels of all required products, and assist store owner in growing the product base and to increase customer footfall.
- Motivate store staff and build team morale, while keeping store staff accountable for their daily and ongoing tasks.
