PowerApps Developer

Oceana Group is looking for a PowerApps Developer to innovate, develop, and maintain the Oceana SharePoint environment and related applications (Power Apps / Power Automate, Forms etc). This position is based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Projects and Enhancements:
- Meeting with the designated teams to review website and application requirements.
- Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
- Developing new web components using e.g., JSON, SQL, and C#.
- Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
- Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
- Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications and authorisations
- Implement and maintain software version control/release management
- Support
- Supporting existing sites by responding to issues related to site administration, security, performance, and other technical issues
- Providing systems training to staff
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant PowerApps and Power Automate certifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an application developer
- Experience with new app development and maintenance
- Experience with automation of processes and workflow development
- Extensive knowledge of either or all JSON, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks, Rest API, Dataverse and SQL
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and PowerBi
- Systems Development (including System and Database Design and coding).
- Full understanding and experience in SDLC processes
