About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to join our team in Witbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative staff and overseeing all office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This is a key role that requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in administration, Sage, and bookkeeping, combined with solid management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the administration team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts, invoicing, and financial reporting using Sage software.
- Maintain and update financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of office functions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong bookkeeping skills, with extensive experience using Sage software.
- Management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
