You'll lead troubleshooting efforts, provide expert-level support, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. Bring your advanced problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvements in system performance.  What youâ€ll do: Call Management, Desktop Support, Mobile device Support, Fault finding/troubleshooting, User satisfaction, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, problem-solving and documentation. Your expertise: 4-5 years†customer service delivery; basic Server network support. Knowledge and support on Desktop, Notebook, Printers and Smartphone Generalist Go getter. Qualifications required: MCSE, ITILv4 A+, N+ and S+ Other information applicable to the opportunity: Contract Position (10 months) Location : Germiston Work Environment: Offices, plant environment.
