Sagen Advisory Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist / Internal Operations to join a dynamic refrigeration company in Somerset West. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Operations and Change Management Specialist who will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, driving organizational change, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, a keen eye for process improvement, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, including the adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, including developing change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mitigating resistance to change.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by overseeing administrative tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating resources.
- Team Management: Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Management: Manage various projects, from initiation to completion, including the implementation of new technological systems and upgrades to current operating systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, change management, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with technology implementation and project management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Remuneration
R25 000 – R40 000 depending on qualifications and experience.
