Our client, a leading EPC specialist in the water and wastewater treatment sector, is seeking a motivated Sales Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team. This position is based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and requires extensive travel. They are looking for an energetic individual with 1 to 2 years of work experience, who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various sales and marketing activities. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided by the line manager and senior management to ensure professional growth and development. This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement into senior sales roles and the potential to contribute to and grow within other departments and sister companies.

Requirements:

• BCom bachelor’s degree / Diploma in marketing or business management, engineering degree is a bonus.
• Valid License and own vehicle
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Analytical and creative thinker.
• Graphic design skills are a bonus.
• Willing to continuously learn and grow.
• 1 – 2 Years’ Work experience.

Duties:

• Assist the line manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update sales records and databases.
• Assist in managing and updating customer accounts.
• Cold Calls.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with presentations and proposal development.
• Assist with costing of projects for proposals and tenders.
• Assisting in the company’s strategic marketing initiatives.
• Creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Customer relationship Management.
• Administration of any activities within the department.
• Continuously learn the client product range and services.
