Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Digital Marketer to join their team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. The role includes planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital platforms (social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns).
- Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective materials.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including Google Ads.
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and measure performance across all digital marketing channels.
- Generate reports on ROI, campaign performance, and customer insights.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hootsuite to monitor progress.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Leverage CRM tools to segment and target audiences effectively.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and identify opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
