Hiring: Office Manager (Woodmead) - 6 month FTC
The Office Manager will oversee efficient operations at the Head Office, managing office maintenance, inventory, finances, and HR support. Responsibilities include:
Designing and maintaining office systems at the Head Office.
Managing procurement of groceries, stationery, and equipment.
Ensuring procurement processes align with organizational policies.
Supervising reception, cleaning, and logistics staff.
Assisting in employee recruitment and onboarding.
Managing IT assets and resolving IT issues with service providers.
Coordinating events, workshops, and conferences.
Handling logistics and bookings for flights, shuttles, and accommodations.
Administering the office budget and liaising on project budgets with Finance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Administration, or Project Management.
Minimum four years' experience in a comparable role.
Strong written and verbal English skills, with knowledge of local languages preferred.
Candidates need to be available immediately.
