SAGE Platform Support Co-Ordinator
The Platform Support Co-Ordinator role is expected to develop best practices, refine operational procedures and constantly innovate proactively.
Continuously identify areas of efficiency and automation within the existing frameworks, tools and processes.
The role will be responsible for identifying and scoping development requirement and liaising with 3rd party developers as well as managing the overall development process.
The role oversees all the technical aspects of the existing Group Business Platforms and provides technical support to end users.
The Group Business Platform that this role will be responsible for is SAGE X3 and SAGE 300People.
Grade 12
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (advantageous)
Experience with monitoring systems a must
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Financial Processes a must
Experience in SQL advantages
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
