Urgently looking for an experienced HR Generalist with no less than 6 years' experience in management / supervisory role. Role is in JHB, for largest diagnostic pathology service in S.A.
You will be responsible for:
Stakeholder engagement - business partners
Strategy drafting
Policy drafting and implementation
Conduct needs / gaps analysis for the business
Cost management of the branch
On-boarding and off-boarding of employees - orientation and exit interviews
Conduct necessary audits
Salary transaction approvals
Advise management on matters related to staff
Leave management
Disciplinary action, performance management, grievances
Recruitment of the region
Manage the branch operations effectively
Must have:
Valid drivers' license
Honours in HR
8 Years' HR generalist experience, no less than 6 years' management / supervisory roles held
Know how to work on performance management systems
HR/IR knowledge, up to date on all the Acts
Familiar with HR information systems
Communication skills
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Conceptual skill
Interpersonal skills
Must have a clear criminal record, clear credit record, great track record
