Job Title: 360 Technical Recruiter [Business Development]

As a 360 Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on business development, you will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment lifecycle - from winning new clients to placing candidates. This role demands a commercially driven individual who can build and manage accounts while delivering high-quality recruitment services across tech markets.
Business development across assigned territories (UK, EU, US)
Win and sign new clients within the tech space
Build, manage, and deliver into your own accounts
End-to-end recruitment delivery across contract and/or perm tech roles
Develop and grow a specific tech market or vertical
Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates
Leverage warm leads while actively sourcing cold leads
Keep up-to-date with market trends and hiring activity within your chosen specialism
Maintain and grow revenue from self-won accounts
Primary focus on the UK market (approx. 75%)
Additional coverage across the US and select European markets, including:
France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and Belgium
No delivery required in Switzerland
Strong preference for candidates with experience or working knowledge of these regions
Must have a solid understanding of local hiring practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances relevant to the regions covered
Proven experience in a full 360 tech recruitment role
Strong business development background and ability to manage the full sales cycle
Confident handling warm and cold outreach
Experience working remotely with minimal oversight
Clear track record of billing performance, ideally over the past 3 years
Ability to independently manage accounts and candidates across multiple regions
Familiarity with your chosen market/vertical, and ability to bolt on new clients
Experience working UK or EU recruitment markets is essential
Comfortable in a commission-led environment (eat what you kill model)
Remote working (South Africa-based)
