Job Summary
One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for an experienced Governance Manager to join their Marketing and Brand Management team, on a permanent basis towards Sandton.
Main functions:
- To provide guidance and best practice to the marketing operations across the entire value chain
- Drive adherence to policies and procedures
- Drive adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct a gaps analysis across the value chain
- Evaluation and monitoring of governance practices
- Continuous development of governance
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
Non-negotiables:
- Matric
- No less than 7 years' work experience in a Governance role, integrated with marketing. Must have worked in cross functional teams. Worked within financial services sector, of which 6 years' work experience must be holding a Managerial title.
